Gift Aid
If you are a UK taxpayer please consider adding Gift Aid to your donation. Gift Aid is a simple and effective way to make your donation tax effective, enabling Theatre Alibi to increase the value of your gift by 28 percent, at no extra cost to you. For example, on a £50 donation, Theatre Alibi is able to reclaim £14 in tax, raising the value of your donation to £64.
To qualify for Gift Aid what you pay in income tax or capital gains tax must at least equal the amount that we will claim on your donation in this tax year. If you are a higher rate taxpayer you can benefit from a Gift Aid donation. Theatre Alibi receives the basic tax rate and you can reclaim the higher rate paid via your self assessment form.
